Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Organics Administrator to join our team, based at our Blantyre depot on a full-time, permanent basis. 
Reporting to the Site Manager, the successful applicant will participate in the administration and coordination of the incoming waste through the process and the regulatory documentation required, administration of outward materials, help to develop new or improved solutions, monitor and develop site KPIs and administrative systems and sampling.

Key Roles and Responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out all administration of waste processing and sampling.
  • Carry out administrative requirements for processing incoming/outgoing paperwork
  • Coordination and processing of plant KPIs and plant checks
  • Support the coordination of plant maintenance and repairs
  • Purchasing and procurement of site consumables
  • Support onsite operational trials and operational function or projects
  • Support weighbridge and paperwork processing for all waste in and out of site
  • Support in ensuring full compliance with all Company policies and procedures, including health and safety and employment.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
