The successful applicant will be a team player, dealing with a range of customers from Multi Nationals to Sole traders. Due to location, own transport is desirable.
• Responsible for the Collection of Group Ledgers
• Credit checking and authorising New Accounts
• Arranging payment terms and payment plans
• Corresponding with customers via the telephone, letter and by email
• Dealing with disputes and bringing them to a conclusion
• Setting up Direct Debits
• Taking Credit Card payments
