Customer Service Administrator

Main purpose of the role:

The Successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring we deal with all our customers in a professional, polite and timely manner via inbound phone calls and emails. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a team player. 

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the general duties and responsibilities in this varied role will include;

  • To manage a high level of inbound customer calls; Entering and updating the requested calls accurately on the system for dispatch 
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through the inbound calls for any services/products the customer does not currently have with Enva and acting on these accordingly
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Understanding customer needs, queries and requirements and acting on them, to ensure the customer is satisfied
  • Providing excellent customer service to all our customers; building lasting relationships with customers and ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  • Report and provide feedback to line management by updating the sales reports and actual results status
  • Dealing with any potential customer complaints swiftly or escalating such when appropriate
  • Take ownership for our customer services email account; forwarding queries on to relevant department if not suitable for our division; liaising with Customer Service Supervisor on anything you are unsure of.
  • Administration relating to customer accounts
  • Being the specific contact for some of our customers, dealing with their order entry, invoicing and reporting needs as required on a monthly basis
  • Building a knowledge of ADR and waste solutions for our customers
  • General office duties 
  • Adhering to all our company policies and procedures

Key Requirements & Qualifications Desired:

  • Relevant experience in a customer service/ sales support role is essential
  • Proven experience managing a high level of customer calls
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales environment is desirable
  • Computer literate with very strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and CRM databases
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication and strong interpersonal skills, including active listening.
  • Being patient, attentive, tactful and polite
  • The ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Adapt well to a changing environment and has an ability to work under pressure and show initiative
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team
  • Demonstrates a continuous improvement orientation
