Customer Service Advisor - National
We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join our existing team in our Collections department at our site in Colwick working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00.
Reporting the Customer Service Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all incoming enquiries, both verbal and electronic, are dealt with in a courteous, professional and competent manner.

The successful candidate will be experienced working in a fast paced administrative environment. They will have experience in using office applications and the ability to become competent with our in-house computer software rapidly. They will have excellent attention to detail and have previous experience working within a customer service role. In addition they will be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise workload to ensure customer demands are fully met.
