Due to continuous growth, we have a new opportunity for the HR Administrator to join our HR Team.

HR Administrator - The Role:

To manage HR data and complete HR admin tasks in confidential and timely manner, ensuring consistent and best practice support is provided to Enva internal teams.

HR Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the new starters process ensuring all paperwork, files and on boarding is completed to a high standard and to specific deadlines, including pre-employment checks, preparing and issue offers and contracts of employment, setting up of personnel files and IT records, issuing internal communications of new starter announcements to the wider business, etc.
  • Benefits administration including enrolling staff into the benefits scheme and responding to benefits-related queries.
  • Managing leavers process, including final pay calculations, preparing and issuing letters and administering exit interviews.
  • Employee lifecycle monitoring (e.g. fixed term contracts, probationary periods, temporary contractual changes, secondments), escalating any issues to the HR Manager.
  • Providing first level support to management and staff relating to HR Administration processes and HR Policy and procedures.
  • Assisting with Recruitment and Selection administration, preparing and placing advertisements, preparing/updating job descriptions if required, etc.
  • Supporting the HR Manager and HR Officer on projects, paperwork, and administration duties as and when required.
  • Produce monthly KPIs report when required.
  • Preparing and distributing internal and external correspondence/ announcements.

Knowledge, Training, Experience, Technical and Personal Skills:
Required:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced admin environment.
  • Ability to keep strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong telephone manner.
  • Excellent numerical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle large amounts of information.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Positive and motivated with flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Problem solving and solution focussed ability.
  • Well organised and self-disciplined with the ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective and positive working relationships within and outside of the department.
  • Must demonstrate high levels of integrity and adopt a professional approach in all interactions – should be transparent, open and honest in all dealings.
  • Friendly personality and team player.
  • Strong PC and technical knowledge and skills with an excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Teams.

Desirable

  • CIPD level 3.
  • Experience of working within an HR administration role.
