Hours: 36.75 hours/week average 

Shift: Days (6 x 7 days rotating on 3on/3off/4on/4off basis)

The Company:

Enva Plastics Ltd. is a market leader in rigid plastic recycling, directly supplying a diverse range of customers with quality products that reduce the impact of end of life plastics and their carbon footprint. Enva processes shredded WEEE (Waste Electrical Equipment) and other post-consumer plastics to recover material to be compounded and extruded into pellets which are used in manufacturing new products. The Role:

Based within the material testing laboratory at Bourne, you will be responsible for checks on the process, preparation of samples and the testing of finished products to ensure that they meet the required quality standards. The shift pattern will commence after an initial training period of 4 weeks.

The successful candidate:

  • A good level of Maths and English (GCSE A-C or equivalent)
  • Computer literate in Word and Excel 
  • An organised, methodical approach with high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and without close supervision
  • Experience in a similar environment would be advantageous
