Compact and can be placed on your drive or on road with a permit, which we can apply for on your behalf.

4 Yard Skip

Dimensions: Height 0.96m x Length 1.80m x Width 1.22m (approximately) Useful Guide: 30 to 40 wheelie bin bags (approximately) An Enva 4 yard open skips are designed for any medium size home or garden projects you have. Can be placed on your driveway or we can apply for a permit on your behalf to place on the road.

6 Yard Skip

Dimensions: Height 1.22m x Length 2.60m x Width 1.52m (approximately) Useful Guide: 40 to 60 wheelie bin bags (approximately) An Enva 6 yard open skips are designed for any medium size home or garden projects you have. Can be placed on your driveway or we can apply for a permit on your behalf to place on the road.

8 Yard Skip

Dimensions: Height 1.22m x Length 3.20m x Width 1.75m (approximately) Useful Guide: 60 to 80 wheelie bin bags (approximately) An Enva 8 yard open skips are used throughout the construction industry and can also be used for house, garden clearance and inert material. We can apply for a permit on your behalf to place on the road.

Do you need a permit to hire a skip in Newcastle?

Only if you plan to place the skip you hire on a road. If your skip will be on a road you will need a permit from your local authority. Enva takes care of all this though, so you don’t need to worry.

For safety reasons, some items can’t be collected in any of our skips, a full list can be found here. We are able to offer special collections for these items, contact us for more information.
