We want you to feel confident when buying a refurbished appliance from Enva or one of our retail partners. Every appliance is repaired, tested, and quality-checked to meet our high standards before it reaches your home.
Your appliance is covered by our Peace of Mind Guarantee for 6 months from the date of purchase. If it develops a fault within this period, we will arrange an in-home repair or provide a replacement.
How to Activate Your Guarantee
After purchase, complete the > Peace of Mind Guarantee Registration Form by providing:
- Your name and address
- The Enva (formerly Environcom) barcode number (found on the back of the appliance)
- The type of appliance purchased
- Please retain a copy of the Terms & Conditions for your records.
Tip: Refrigeration appliances must be left standing for 24 hours before being switched on. Failure to do so will invalidate your warranty.
How to Make a Claim
If your appliance develops a fault within the 6-month warranty period:
- Call 0147 654 2841 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm).
- Our warranty provider will guide you through a quick fault-checking process.
- If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, they will
- Arrange a service engineer visit during normal working hours, or
- If the appliance is beyond repair, offer a replacement (Subject to Stock availability)
If your appliance cannot be repaired and you choose not to receive a replacement, we will provide guidance on how to request a refund.
30-Day Refund Policy: If your appliance develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement, subject to stock availability.
This guarantee applies to domestic use only and does not affect your statutory rights.

Peace of Mind | Simple Checks:
- If the appliance fails to operate at all, check the electric circuit is live, try another plug in a different room or try a portable appliance such as a hairdryer in the plug socket you are using for your new appliance.
- If the washer is creating a leak, please ensure it is plumbed correctly, and that the waste pipe is not kinked or pinched, and the waste outlet is not blocked.
- If the fridge/freezer is not cooling to the desired temperature, check the thermostat is set correctly.
- If the appliance is not functioning correctly, ensure it is on a level surface and not wobbling.
- If the washing machine is making a lot of noise, check it is not vibrating against a touching surface eg. cupboard.
