Enva Acquire Bio Industries

Enva, a leading provider of water, recycling and resource recovery solutions in UK and Ireland, is pleased to announce that it has acquired Bio Industries Limited for an undisclosed sum.
Dublin-based Bio Industries Limited, manufacture and supply bespoke biological, chemical and detergent solutions for wastewater treatment and pollution control. Established in 1992, the business has developed steadily to provide tailored, high quality environmental products and services to the Wastewater, Utilities, Food Manufacture/Processing and Aquaculture industries.
The Bio Industries acquisition will be integrated into Enva’s Water Services Division, headed up by Carol Walsh.
Enva’s Water Services Division provides dedicated water service solutions, tailored to suit the unique requirements of its clients. The company’s in-house team work with customers from a range of sectors to diagnose and resolve operating issues across the whole water delivery network.
