Enva is a unique industry supplier of a high-quality recycled compounds, that are comparable to virgin plastic in the manufacture of consumer electronics and appliances.
We recycle as much plastic as possible into compounds which supports a circular economy. Enva extrude four clean polymers ABS, PS, HIPS & PP from which customised formulated compounds are made.
These polymers can be used in the production of new plastic products from containers, parts and components to higher value consumer and electrical products. Much of the plastic we are unable to recycle is used in in the production of an energy source, giving it a second life.
The benefits of our recycled plastic compounds:
Our Polystyrene (PS) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) compounds are manufactured to the highest standards and levels of purity. They go through the most vigorous testing to ensure that they are fit for purpose and comparable to virgin material. Use of our Polystyrene compounds results in products with a better finish and its impact tolerance means it’s perfect for use in a wide variety of applications such as consumer electrical items including TVs, monitors and kitchen appliances. Its properties mean Enva PS and HIPS are the ideal choice for injection moulding, extrusion, vacuum forming applications or Masterbatch processes.

Recycled Polypropylene (PP) is a flexible, cost effective, general purpose plastic compound that has wide and varied application. It has great physical properties including flexibility with a softer finish, it retains its shape and structure and is a good insulator. It is especially useful in the manufacture of products such as storage containers or car parts and is also used in such applications as plastic bottle beverage lids. Our Polypropylene compound has comparable properties to virgin plastic saving costs and contributing to a circular economy.

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is a sought-after polymer due to its high impact resistance, resistance to chemicals, low melt point and strength. Additionally, due to its lightweight properties and its ability to be injection moulded, it is useful in manufacturing a wide range of products ranging from pipe systems to musical instruments, automotive components, toys, power tools and car parts.
