Enva Acquire Bio Industries

Enva, a leading provider of water, recycling and resource recovery solutions in UK and Ireland, is pleased to announce that it has acquired Bio Industries Limited for an undisclosed sum.

Dublin-based Bio Industries Limited, manufacture and supply bespoke biological, chemical and detergent solutions for wastewater treatment and pollution control. Established in 1992, the business has developed steadily to provide tailored, high quality environmental products and services to the Wastewater, Utilities, Food Manufacture/Processing and Aquaculture industries.

The Bio Industries acquisition will be integrated into Enva’s Water Services Division, headed up by Carol Walsh.

Commenting on the acquisition, Simon Dick, Managing Director at Enva said, “Bio Industries’ innovative products are a complementary fit with our existing Water Services business. We are looking forward to working closely with the current team to develop the business and offer an expanded product range to clients across the UK and Ireland.
