Enva Awarded Investors in Diversity Bronze Accreditation

Congratulations to Enva Ireland who have been awarded investors in Diversity Bronze Accreditation by the Irish Centre for Diversity following a detailed review of our diversity and inclusion policies and practices.

Being awarded Investors in Diversity Bronze affirms that an organisation has built a strong foundation to embed Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) across the operation. The programme recognises existing efforts and supports the journey of continuous improvement.

As part of the accreditation process training sessions in relation to Diversity and Inclusion, covering aspects of legislation, inclusivity and unconscious bias were attended by members of the management team. Organised by the Irish Centre for Diversity the course was delivered by Carlow Kilkenny Skillnet.

Erin Hooban, HR Manager Ireland, who facilitated the submission, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded the Investors in Diversity Bronze accreditation. It recognises our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion and the initiatives that we have put in place to support our employees at all stages in their lives.”
