Client Issue

Planned Preventative Maintenance

As part of their Sustainability Policy daa International aims to prevent pollution, comply with relevant environmental legalisation and encourage best practice environmental management. Annual Interceptor cleaning is a planned preventative maintenance measure to prevent oil and other containment being released into the environment.

Enva Approach

Site specific, tailored approach

In advance of the interceptor cleaning works, Enva carry out a site visit and meeting with airport personnel to prepare and plan for the works. Our HSE team will design a site specific risk assessment and method statement.

All works are carried out by our qualified and trained personnel. Each member is certified in confined space entry and to operate our specialised equipment including

  • Jet Vacuum Tankers
  • Artic Vacuum Tankers
  • Confined Space Equipment
  • Safety Apparatus

Enva is a full service provider managing all waste generated from the interceptor cleaning. We generate the WTFs (waste transfer form) and transport the waste to our licenced facilities. We also providing full tracking and reporting for compliance and regulatory requirements as well as treatment and disposal certificates.
