Accounts Administrator

We are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join our existing team at our site in Colwick working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00.

The Role

Reporting to the Administration Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the wider business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with a busy inbox daily (80-100 emails per day)
  • Creating prices
  • Investigating errors and queries
  • Sending out proof invoices weekly and at month-end
  • Dealing with Tradex portal and uploading documents
  • Creating manual invoices for consolidated customers at month-end
  • Providing copy invoices and tickets for customers
  • Scanning documents into Myenva
  • Dealing with Duty of Care queries and documentation
  • Creating new orders for bin deliveries
  • Bin cancellations and site suspensions

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment. They will be proficient in using various office applications and have the ability to quickly adapt to our in-house software. Excellent attention to detail and previous experience in a similar role are essential. The candidate will also be adept at prioritising workload to meet customer demands.

Remuneration and benefits:

  • £22-£23k per annum, depending on your skills and experience
