Accounts Payable Administrator

Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator
Reporting to: Accounts Payable Team Lead, or as directed
Division: Enva Group 
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

A vacancy has arisen for an Accounts Payable Administrator within the Enva Group based at Portlaoise. The successful candidate will be an individual who possesses a positive “can do” attitude, is flexible and has excellent communication skills.

The position will involve the following main duties: - 

  • Accurate and efficient processing of a large volume of supplier invoices in line with group policies and procedures
  • Ensuring correct invoice/PO matching
  • Dealing with supplier queries in a timely manner
  • Assisting with the monthly payment runs & posting payments to the purchase ledger
  • Sending remittances to suppliers
  • Ensuring correct documentation has been obtained for all new suppliers
  • Reconciling supplier statements on a monthly basis
  • Maintaining the accounts payable inbox, when required
  • Submitting RCT notifications to Revenue
  • Ad hoc Reception cover and other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Accounting Technician Qualification or a business-related qualification is desirable
  • Microsoft Dynamics Nav or similar ERP experience an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years accounts payable experience is essential in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent computer literacy with strong working knowledge/ experience in Excel essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent numeric and organisational skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
