As an assistant team leader you are responsible for assisting in the day to day supervision of picking team sorting recyclables in a busy materials recycling facility on a moving conveyor. This is a hands-on role and applicants must be physically fit as you will be in the thick of the action with your team ensuring theirs and the company's ensure production targets are met.
To be a successful assistant team leader you will need to:
You will work 45 hours a week Monday to Friday with Saturday morning working on a rotational basis.
