Main Purpose of Role:

To carry out a range of customer service, accounts and administrative duties associated with the Waste Oil and Industrial & Automotive Division, and to assist with routing and other areas as and when required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Primary Duties:
  • To check and confirm all dockets and corresponding invoices relating to I&A and ensure that the invoice log is kept to date on a daily basis
  • To record and account for accruals where applicable for I&A and ensure that these are updated daily
  • To prepare all information for month end accounts in a timely and efficient manner, as per Enva internal and group company timelines / deadlines
  • To arrange credit notes and deal with accounts queries
  • To fully and accurately reconcile the battery and I&A accruals for month end deadlines
  • To deal with general queries over the phone / by email regarding orders, invoices, batteries etc
  • To deal with customer queries, complaints etc and to resolve same in a timely and efficient manner; to report same to Customer Services Supervisor / Logistics Manager where necessary
  • To input all data relating to calls in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with procedure (i.e. accurate information regarding pricing, compliance etc)
  • To provide ad hoc reception cover as and when required.
General Duties:
  • Act courteously and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, Enva personnel and other personnel encountered within your role
  • Foster and develop good customer and public relations at all times and to portray a professional image of the Company
  • Report for work in a timely manner and to conduct work as scheduled to company and customer satisfaction
  • Work within the instructions and procedures of the Company‚Äôs systems as directed by your Supervisor / Manager or other management as appropriate
  • Conduct all duties in a constructive and productive manner aligned to the interests of the Company and management
  • Act diligently and professionally in the interests of the Company
  • Demonstrate a willingness to promote the positive development of the business to all stakeholders of the business including customers but also extending to staff, contractors, EPA, HAS etc
