Maintenance Engineer (Grantham)
We are a specialist recycling and reuse company for refrigerators and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment.
We are looking for a Reactive Maintenance Engineer, to join our Engineering team at our recycling facility in Grantham.
We want people who thrive in a diverse and challenging work environment. Ideally applicants would have electrical qualifications and come from an industrial background.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small team working on a wide range of machinery, this position would suit an Engineer able to be part of projects, overhauling and adapting machinery, alongside reactive and planned preventive maintenance.
Ideally applicants are required to be mechanically biased with some electrical skills.

This is 12-hour shifts on a rotating shift pattern of 3 in, 4 off, 4 in, 3 off. Hours are 06:00-18:00 & 18:00-06:00.
*Hours will be 06:00-18:00 only for 2 to 3 months while training*
Applicants are required to be flexible as the shift may change.
Requirements for this position are a minimum of Level 3. Mechanical knowledge such as bearings, compressors, chains, hydraulics and pneumatics are essential.
Knowledge and experience in a production driven environment or recycling plant would be an advantage.
