Part Time Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for someone to come and join us at Enva part time as a Customer Service Administrator and help us to continuously improve our overall customer experience by ensuring that all incoming enquiries, both verbal and electronic, are dealt with in a courteous, professional, and competent manner.

The role is based in the office at our Colwick Site in Nottingham working alongside our current Customer Service Team. We are looking for someone to work 22.5 hours per week Monday to Friday either 11:00 - 15:30. During the summer months the Customer Service Administrator will be expected to work Saturday morning 8am-12pm on a rotational basis within the team, this will equate to approximately 3 Saturdays per year. All applicants must be able to commit to working the Saturday shifts. 

This role is ideal for a candidate looking to either reduce their working hours or returning to the jobs market.

Remuneration Package

  • £9.50 per hour, £213.75 per week, £926.25 per month, £11,115 per annum

We operate out of a 20 Acre site with in excess of 300 employees across our Nottingham and Leicester sites.
