Purchase Ledger Assistant
Enva are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join the Finance team at our Linwood site. This is a full-time, permanent role.
The successful applicant will be an individual who can work under their own initiative and is confident dealing with both internal and external customers.
Key Roles and Responsibilities will include:
Timely scanning and processing of a high volume of purchase invoices and credit notes through the PO system
Match and authorize direct cost invoices through a manual process
Preparation and execution of weekly payment runs
Supplier statement reconciliations
Managing disputes through to resolution.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience of working within a Purchase Ledger environment is desirable
Experience of processing a large volume of invoices is desirable
Good communication skills both written and verbal is essential
Strong interpersonal skills are essential
Advanced level of Excel skills is desirable.
