The Successful candidate will play a key role in managing the administrative requirements and assisting the Packaging Business Manager in developing Enva’s Packaging business throughout the Republic of Ireland. 

Enva currently employ 1,500 staff, with 350 employees working across 8 locations in Ireland (RoI & NI). 

This a high growth role within a growing division of Enva Ireland. Responsibilities in this varied role will include;

  • Work closely with the divisional Business Manager to develop the Enva Packaging division as the single point for all packaging supply and sales for the Enva business across ROI;
  • Together with the Operations Manager, ensure that all daily/weekly operations data is adequately tracked in-line with business requirements; 
  • Assist the Business Manager in ensuring that the targeted budget for the business unit is attainable and achieved;
  • Manager and coordinate incoming and outgoing logistics (whether full loads or groupage);
  • Run Weekly sales reports, compile internal templates/ reports and send out to the business; 
  • Compile Sales Pack for department weekly meetings and assist the management in completing weekly / monthly forecast schedules;
  • Manage administrative requirements in relation to subsidy claims and submission of same; 
  • Manage the invoicing and admin requirements for all monthly ticket customers; 
  • Create WTF’s (Waste Transfer Form) on the Government website for collections of waste coming in the next working day, print off and leave for drivers collection;
  • Manage and create sales orders for daily customer collections;
  • Daily management of supply chain including packaging producers and logistics providers;
  • Update pricing spreadsheets for monthly ticket customers to enable invoicing at end of month;
  • Daily invoicing and updating daily sales spreadsheet and recycling certs;
  • Compile all commodity sales reports (weekly & monthly) and invoice;
  • Assist in compiling daily, weekly, monthly and annual forecast and budget files; 
  • Run data report on customer sales for type, quantity and month/year;
  • Adhoc duties, e.g. raising Purchase Orders for goods and services as and when needed. 
  • Update daily goods Inwards spreadsheets for all customers and collections;
  • Maintain an excellent working relationship with the Enva client and contractor base;
  • Assist in the diversification of the Enva business in developing new service offerings to the wide and varied client base.
