Site Engagement Officer – Nottingham

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, ambitious and dynamic individual to join the Enva sales team and support us in growing the company’s market share both regionally and nationally.

Role 

To build, maintain and manage onsite customer relationships, nationally for both the Construction, and Commercial and Industrial Sectors. Assisting the Account Managers on delivering and implementing waste strategies and to continuously strive to introduce new products/services to customer sites.

Responsibilities Include:

  • To conduct regular visits on agreed intervals.
  • Developing relationships with key contacts at site level.
  • Managing the service commitment Enva has with its customers.
  • Site auditing duties (eg. to assess waste, duty of care, containers, access and risk assessments)
  • Supporting with contract implementation (eg. Co-ordination of equipment mobilisation)
  • Training customers on the use of our MyEnva portal to increase entanglement
  • Performing regular ‘Toolbox Talks’ on all new sites and refreshers when needed.
  • Production of Site Waste Management Plans.
  • Sampling of waste for further analysis.
  • To complete all monthly and weekly reporting statistics.
  • Ensuring sites are in possession of and displaying correct compliance documentation.
  • Identification of other waste streams and service opportunities.
  • Attending customer meetings to support the Account Manager as and when required.
  • Constantly promote the highest level of customer care, service, and responsiveness.
  • Improve overall customer relations to ensure that Enva becomes the customers’ primary point of call.
  • Ensure that all sales paperwork is received, processed, and filed within agreed timescales
  • Use of the use of the CRM system to record site data, complaint handling, and sales leads or opportunities.
  • To work with other departments to ensure that the highest level of customer management is maintained
  • Help ensure the health & safety of all personnel within the company including yourself by your actions and reporting of issues by adhering to all company procedures.
  • To carry out any other such reasonable job-related tasks as the company may require you to undertake from time to time.

About You

The successful candidate will have proven customer relationship experience.  We are looking for a self-confident and result riven individual, who will be able to demonstrate a record of achieving / exceeding targets. You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to manage and prioritise your workload effectively. Clean driving license will be required, as the role includes extensive travel throughout the UK. Flexibility and demonstrate good time management, will be essential to the role.

It is focused on the industrial, commercial, construction and public sectors, operating in the specialist hazardous and non-hazardous sectors and employ more than 1,100 people across its 23 operational facilities within the UK and Ireland.

Enva England is the East Midlands leading Recycling and Resource Management company collecting and processing in excess of 500,000 tonnes waste per year, providing a comprehensive waste collection and recycling service to Industrial, Commercial, Construction and local Authority customers. We are proud to say that in excess of 95% of the waste is recycled.

We operate out of a 20 Acre site with in excess of 300 employees across our Nottingham and Leicester sites.  

Remuneration

  • £22,000 - £23,000 p/a based on skills and experience 
  • Car allowance
  • 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays
