Traffic / Weighbridge Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Traffic / Weighbridge Administrator to join the team based at our site in Glenrothes. This is a full-time, permanent role.

The successful applicant will be an individual who can work under their own initiative and is confident dealing with both internal and external customers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities will include:

  • Handle telephone bookings and enquiries

  • Process email bookings

  • Liaise with drivers and customers

  • Document management: processing waste transfer notes, weighbridge and work time sheets

  • Reconcile driver route sheets on the IT system

  • Process weighbridge transactions.

The right candidate will:

  • Have a proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks and ensuring accuracy along with timely completion of all activities

  • Possess strong computer knowledge/IT skills

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Be a self-motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Be a team player who can also work on their own and use their own initiative.
